Mortgage financing is available for the purchase of a new apartment in the Berounske Strane project.
We offer mortgage-related services free of charge, with no surcharge on the purchase price of the apartment.
Payment schedule
- reservation fee of CZK 50,000
- first installment equals to 15% of the purchase price + VAT and is due upon execution of a Letter of Intent
- additional installments depending on the progress of construction
Individual adjustments to the payment schedule available.
There is an inquiry and sales office open on the project site, where you can see the model of the project, layouts of each apartment and the current status of the construction.
