Upon execution of a reservation agreement and payment of the reservation fee to the sales agent, the selected apartment will be reserved for you for 30 days. During this 30-day period, you will learn the details of the relevant contracts and all the legal documentation related to the purchase and ownership of your future apartment.
Thereafter, you will execute a letter of intent with respect to the specific apartment and a parking space and/or cellar, if applicable.
As soon as the building in which your apartment is situated receives the final approval from the authorities and will be assigned an indication number registered in the Land Register, an agreement on the transfer of a residential unit will be signed. Consequently, the seller will arrange the transfer of the residential unit to the buyer in the Land Register.
