Floors:
There will be laminated floating floors in bedrooms, and ceramic tiles in bathrooms and WCs.
Wall tiling and equipment in the bathrooms and WCs:
Walls in bathrooms and toilettes will be covered with ceramic tiles.
Bathroom equipment includes the installation of all fixtures and fittings – wash bowls, combi toilet bowls, shower corners including shower curtains or acrylate bathtubs and single lever mixers.
Windows/balcony doors:
Balcony doors and windows are plastic, equipped with micro-ventilation.
Kitchen:
Kitchen furniture is not a part of the project, but complete arrangements for the connection of all kitchen appliances will be ready.
Doorframes and doors:
As a standard, entrance doors to the apartments will be safety and fire protection ones. Interior apartment doors will be white and the doorframes will be of a facing design.
Weak current wiring:
Each bedroom will be equipped with a phone line and cable TV line. The entrance door to the building will be controlled from each apartment using a remote entry system.
Heating:
Central heating and heating panels with separate consumption measuring for each apartment.
