The Berounske Strane residential project is situated on a green slope, smoothly incorporated in the surrounding development. Due to its location close to the historical center of the city, it offers easy access to various services.
Architects focused on providing a balanced mixture of apartments in the most demanded layouts and dimensions, ranging from 40 to 184 m2. With just a few exceptions, the apartments are equipped with balconies, terraces and some even with front gardens.
The dynamic and contemporary design of the facade is amply articulated using the sets of a balcony and airy glazed surfaces in the stairway area. The layout of the buildings forms quiet micro-blocks and green corners with maintained greenery inside.
